Cancellation conditions

Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the start of the conference. 50 % of the conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received later, but not later than 2 weeks before the conference. In all cases postmark shall apply. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the event due to importent reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may appear in this context will not be reimbursed.
